Additional information:

• Reports are reviewed as they come in. The person submitting the report is always contacted as a form of acknowledgment within 24-72hrs of receipt, depending on severity or seriousness of report. There may be follow up afterwards, these may vary based again on incident, severity, confidentiality, FERPA, HIPPA, etc.

• The committee regularly meets weekly, however we reserve the right to call an emergency meeting if need be. Care reports and incidences vary.

• The website does give an overview of what Care or a Care report may involve and some instances in which a Care report may be warranted. It is not an exhaustive list of all possibilities. Faculty always have the option to contact a department directly for assistance, the Care report is yet another option.
